You will "squeal" with excitement as Robinson’s Racing Pigs race to victory. Britney Spareribs, Lindsay Slowham, Arnold Schwarzenhogger, and Snoop Hoggie have been entertaining fair and festival goers more than 40 years. They are a staple for other fairs around the country and have appeared on all major TV networks as well as the tonight show with Johnny Carson and Jay Leno. The crowd cheers the porkers on to victory as they finish their race diving into a 24-ft swimming pool called The Hogwash. Robinson’s pigs run for the ultimate prize for a pig - an Oreo cookie of course! (Cookies to be given by Randy or Sharon only!)
You’ll laugh, applaud and be amazed as the Dare Devil Dogs return to the Fall Festival to entertain with feats of agility, stunts, high jumps and tricks. This electrifying canine entertainment team was founded by professional dog trainer and performer Laura Moretz, who also trains and is a presenter with the Purina Incredible Dog Team. She and her Dare Devil Dogs team of amazing rescue and performance dogs never fail to impress and inspire.She even manages to educate visitors with training tips for pet owners in this fast-paced and exciting show.
Auto enthusiasts have an opportunity to show off their classic cars! Sign up to bring your classic car, and you could win the coveted People's Choice Award trophy and a cash prize! Registration is free, and includes two tickets for a chicken dinner. Register below with your car make, model and year. Email [email protected] for information. Space is limited, so register now!
Anglers young and old will compete in this catch-and-release tournament to win great gift cards. Visitors can go to the large pond to see what they pull up! Space is limited, so pre-registration is recommended. Some spots may still be available the day of the Festival; head to the table under the arena to register. Before the tournament starts, get fishing tips from professional angler and guide Caleb York on how to hook the big one!
As you are enjoying Central's Fall Festival, you can also learn a fun skill! Choose one from two of the fall demonstration classes and you'll be able to take home your completed project. Cost covers materials and supplies.1. Inna Sen will show how to make a festive fall wreath for your front door. $152. Terry McHam gives tips on preparing and canning a delicious apple pie filling. $10
Before you leave to come to the Fall Festival, grab a non-perishable food item or two to bring with you. This food collection provides items for Central families going through a hard time. Drop your items off at the entrance to the festival.
Want to know how to catch any kind of fish? Come hear tips from Caleb York, a US Coast Guard Licensed Boat Captain who has been fishing the waters of North Carolina for most of his 28 years. Join Caleb down at the pond for an informal meeting to gain some great tips on fishing. He will be at the large pond at 1pm, just in time to prepare yourself for the catch and release fishing tournament at 2:30. No registration needed.
We have a lot of talent in our congregation. Be sure to visit the booths of amazing hand-made items for sale, like jewelry, paintings, wood decor and much more - you might find just the right purchases to check a few things off your Christmas shopping list!
Central to Go groups are having some friendly competition at the Fall Festival. Our small groups will compete in a few games to win a catered meal for one of their weekly meetings. Come cheer on your favorite team members!
Archery Battle Tag combines archery and paintball. This game uses real bows and soft tipped arrows as team players (Ages 12 and older) try to hit targets in an inflatable bunker battlefield.
Whether you are walking the property checking out the camels and zebras or talking to a parrot and petting a pig, your family will understand why the location is called an ark.

There will be mechanical swings, extreme air, laser tag, rock climbing wall, The Vortex , and more. Play new and old favorite carnival games like Zap a Mole, Skeeball, Peas in a Pot, Clowning Around, or Cowboy Face Off. For the little ones, there's the Dalmation Moon Bounce & Slides and Jungle Train. Kids can also ride a pony or hop on a hayride to see the whole farm.
