There will be no services held at the Charlotte or Lake Park this Sunday - we'll all be at services at Why Not An American Ark in Monroe. All campuses are invited to join Pastor Livingston and Central Sanctuary Choir and Orchestra at 10:30am for worship and a message under the big outdoor arena. Start your morning off with a cup of joe or specialty drink purchased from Rollin' Roast, then top it off with a donut from our CSM fundraiser.
You'll need your lawn chair after the service for sitting while you eat and fellowship. However, there's no room in the service arena for the chairs. You can check them in at our lawn chair area as you come in the gate.
It's easy to get there. Take Highway 74 toward Monroe. Just past the Monroe hospital, turn right on Highway 601. Go about 3 miles on Highway 601. For those who have been there before, be aware that Macedonia Church Road is closed, but simply keep going and turn right on the next road, Mangum Dairy Road. Then turn right on Tom Williams Road. Follow the signs to the Festival parking lot at the corner of Tom Williams and Medlin Road. There is plenty of parking. Click here for a Google Maps link.
Children in Kindergarten through 5th grade will gather at the Ark Workshop for their own outdoor service. This year they will be transported from the parking lot to the new workshop location via a hayride, and will be brought back to parents at the arena after the completion of the adult service.
