Women of Grace - Wednesday Morning (spring session)

Charlotte Campus, Women
Wednesday, Apr 26, 2017 9:30 am - 11:30 am
Wednesdays, March 22-May 24
9:30-11:30am
Location: Family Life Center Seminar Room
Cost: $15
Leader: Karen Shue

Women of Grace, formerly known as Women of the Word, will continue the same Anne Graham Lotz format as we study "10 steps to Humility."

God wants us to find fullness in Him, not the things of this world. We will do this by trying to understand the depth of His love for us, which comes by realizing the importance of reading His Word, along with prayer, worship and knowing the Holy Spirit in all His fullness so that we experience a deeper, richer relationship with Christ.

As we study together, our ultimate goal is to be filled to where we are overflowing with Christ so that He is seen in us. Christians should be the most humble people on earth, but we must understand that humility is not thinking less of yourself; it's thinking of yourself less. It's easier said than done! Come join us for a 10-week study on 10 Ways To Humble Yourself.

Women of Grace - Tuesday Evening (spring session)

Tuesdays, March 21-May 23
6:45-8:30pm

Thursdays, June 1-August 31
6:30-8:30pm in FLC 108

Throughout the Bible, clues appear that actually make Revelation EASY to understand for the one who "digs for hidden treasure" (as Jesus characterized the Kingdom of God). Since this will be a lengthy, ongoing study and we will continue to meet weekly, year-round, men are welcome to join us at any time.

Hope For The Gentiles - The Gospel of Mark

Adult Class, Lake Park
Wednesday, Jun 07, 2017 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm
Wednesdays, June 7-28
6:30-8pm at the Lake Park Campus
No Online Registration (just show up)

Although the Gospels present compelling stories of the life, words and works of Jesus, the gospel of Mark stands apart with a unique perspective. Written specifically for the non-Jewish believers during a climate of persecution and suffering in Rome, the gospel of Mark reveals an intimate, yet commanding side of Jesus.

In this presentation you'll travel to Rome and Israel with host Michael Card to explore the life and character of Jesus through the experiences of Peter as captured by Mark. Gain a deeper understanding of the struggles, suffering and pain endured by those who followed Jesus as you visit the Mamertine Prison, Circus Maximus and the Roman Forum, as well as significant landmarks in Israel.

Find a fresh point of view on the meaning of discipleship that brings clarity not only to the joy of following Christ, but also to the reality of fear, uncertainty and danger. Discover how you can face trials in life with confidence of finding hope, healing and encouragement through God's Son, Jesus Christ.

There’s a buzz around Central’s Charlotte campus about an opportunity for people just like you! We meet together once a month on Sunday mornings from 10:30-11:30am in the Varsity Café.

We hope you’ll join us and see how God will inspire, encourage and strengthen us all as we gather on these Sundays. There is much in store for you … including a great light breakfast. Couples with children, you can drop them off at the nursery or their respective CSM venues before coming to Couples Connect.

Oh, one more thing: Go ahead and invite other young couples you may know to join us! We can’t wait to see you there!

Hope For The Gentiles - The Gospel of Mark

Adult Class, Lake Park
Wednesday, Jun 14, 2017 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm

Wednesday, Jun 28, 2017 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm

Men's Class: The Revelation of Jesus Christ

Adult Class, Charlotte Campus, Men
Thursday, Jun 29, 2017 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm
Thursdays, June 1-August 31
6:30-8:30pm in FLC 108
Leader: Dan Busey
Cost: Free

Join us as we continue a verse-by-verse study of the New Testament's final book, the Revelation of Jesus Christ. In this in-depth study, we'll come to understand that God has made Revelation understandable - not mysterious - by the use of symbols and images found elsewhere in Scripture.

Men's Class: The Revelation of Jesus Christ

Adult Class, Charlotte Campus, Men
Thursday, Aug 10, 2017 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm
Thursdays, June 1-August 31
6:30-8:30pm in FLC 108
Leader: Dan Busey
Cost: Free

Join us as we continue a verse-by-verse study of the New Testament's final book, the Revelation of Jesus Christ. In this in-depth study, we'll come to understand that God has made Revelation understandable - not mysterious - by the use of symbols and images found elsewhere in Scripture.
