We hope you’ll join us and see how God will inspire, encourage and strengthen us all as we gather on these Sundays. There is much in store for you … including a great light breakfast. Couples with children, you can drop them off at the nursery or their respective CSM venues before coming to Couples Connect. Budget. The word can strike terror in the heart of even the strongest man or woman. Being intentional with our money isn't such a bad thing. In fact, as Christians, we are called to be good stewards of the resources God has provided. If you don't have a budget, you have absolutely no control of your finances. Budgets are one of the first steps to finding financial freedom.

Even if you don't have debt and are financially stable, you still need a budget so you can monitor your spending and make your money work for you rather than against you. Join us as we learn to better build and manage our finances God's way.

What is Teacups?

This is a monthly gathering of women with the purpose of connecting in three ways:

1) Social Connection – A grown-up tea party! A place where women can talk, laugh and enjoy just being together while also enjoying yummy drinks and treats.

2) Deeper Connection – Storytelling! One woman each month will share her personal story with the group.

3) Spiritual Connection – Teacup swap! Each woman will bring a teacup and will place a personal prayer request inside of it. At the end of the evening, every woman will take home someone else’s teacup and prayer request and will pray for that woman over the next month.

If you would like to take part, please register and you will be contacted by a teacup ministry leader.

We will do this by trying to understand the depth of His love for us, which comes by realizing the importance of reading His Word, along with prayer, worship and knowing the Holy Spirit in all His fullness so that we experience a deeper, richer relationship with Christ. As we study together, our ultimate goal is to be filled to where we are overflowing with Christ so that He is seen in us.

Central is also offering a Women of Grace class on Tuesdays. Click HERE for more information.

Financial Foundations

Adult Class, Charlotte Campus
Sunday, Feb 12, 2017 10:15 am - 11:45 am
Located in FLC Room 107

The Mission of Jesus Study - Lake Park

Adult Class, Lake Park
Wednesday, Mar 08, 2017 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm
Wednesdays, March 8-April 12
Location: Lake Park Campus
Leader: Ray Butler

It's easy to think of the Bible as a collection of short stories, but each one makes up a greater story - one of a God who created the universe and entrusted it to human beings to care for it. They were unfaithful, and the earth fell back into chaos and sin. But God didn't give up on His creation; He decided to redeem it, preparing the way through His covenant with Israel and later sending His only son, Jesus, to become the cornerstone of it all through His life, death, resurrection and ascension.

What did this mean for a people oppressed by the Roman Empire, and what does it mean for believers today? Follow the rabbi through the world of Jesus, hiking through the Galilee region, exploring the ruins of Rome and kneeling on the stones of the Temple Mount in Jerusalem as you discover how the Gospel of Jesus confronts the gospel of Imperial Rome.

There will also be a showing of the film, "The True Easter Story," by Ray Vander Laan.

2) Deeper Connection – Storytelling! One woman each month will share her personal story with the group.

The Mission of Jesus Study - Lake Park

Adult Class, Lake Park
Wednesday, Mar 15, 2017 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm

The Mission of Jesus Study - Lake Park

Adult Class, Lake Park
Wednesday, Mar 29, 2017 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm

The Mission of Jesus Study - Lake Park

Adult Class, Lake Park
Wednesday, Apr 12, 2017 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm

When you're stabbed in the throat and shot six times in the chest, your chances of survival are NOT that high, right? Unless, of course, God has other plans for you!

Friday morning we will get to hear the amazing story of how God rescued a man from a life of gang violence, drug trafficking and brokenness, and we'll be reminded that God can turn around any life.

Don't miss our last Friday morning fellowship before we take a break for the holiday season. We will enjoy another delicious breakfast together before we hear from Jaime Torres, our guest speaker.
